Photo Triac is constructed by thyristor that conduct the current in both direction (bilateral use),used in power control of two-way triac rectifier. Usually packaged with an infrared LED as a Triac Drive or works as a trigger in an AC output module.

We manufacture Phototriac Vdrm ranging from 400V~600V (800V ups is under development). For 2 types : Zero Crossing(low voltage turn-on) and Non-Zero Crossing(turn on in real time).
