Photo Triac is constructed by thyristor that can conduct the current in both direction (bilateral),used in power control of two-way  triac rectifier.It is applied to trigger a Triac that drives an AC load while providing isolation.

We can provide Phototriac Voltage are available for 400V & 600V.(800V is under development) And for 2 major functions, Zero Crossing(insures low voltage turn-on.) Non Zero Crossing(turn on is in real time.)
